Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MiniKeep.com within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days after we received the returned items. however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, pls email us and request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 working days to process returns once they arrive at our company. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
